1. 1
   Pull connected white boxes to
   Pull connected white boxes to clear the lower background As the red shirt vanishes you finally unlock access to the white background flanking the character. Look at your tray and you will see pairs of connected white boxes waiting for you. These connected boxes are linked tightly together and they move as a single unit. Tapping them fills two of your five waiting slots instantly. You must ensure you have at least two empty slots before pulling them up or you risk an immediate loss. Once they sit safely in the waiting slots the ants rush to the white socks and the lower white background. The ants quickly clear the white pixels on the left and right sides of the picture. This move opens clear paths traveling straight up the edges of the board. These open side paths will help the ants reach the higher sections of the portrait later without getting stuck behind the center pixels

   

2. 2
   Use skin tone blocks to
   Use skin tone blocks to clear the arms and neck The red shirt is completely gone and the lower white background is totally clear. Now the ants have open paths to touch the skin pixels. The character has skin pixels on his left arm his right arm and his neck. Tap the large skin tone blocks from your tray and send them to the waiting slots. The ants run up the newly opened side paths and begin eating the arms from the outside edges. Other ants travel straight up the middle to attack the neck area. The skin blocks carry large numbers so it takes a massive group of ants to clear these sections. Let the ants work their way through the arms and neck steadily. Do not crowd your waiting slots with black blocks yet. Wait for the skin blocks to empty out and vanish before moving to the next required color. This patience keeps the board flowing nicely

   

3. 3
   Clear the face and prepare
   Clear the face and prepare for the upper background The neck leads directly into the face which is another huge section of skin tone pixels. Keep pulling new skin blocks as you need them to ensure the ants keep eating constantly. You will notice the face clearing out gradually reveals the black hair and the black eyes. You can pull the next black blocks to start clearing the eyes and the lower parts of the hair. At the exact same time you will spot another set of connected white boxes sitting in your tray. Pull these connected white blocks up to clear the upper white background around the head. Balancing the skin black and white blocks here is the real secret to maintaining a steady flow of ants. As long as the ants have valid paths to the face hair and background your waiting slots will never jam up with stuck blocks

   

4. 4
   Finish the black hair at
   Finish the black hair at the very top of the grid The skin pixels are completely gone and the white background is entirely clear. The only thing left on the board is the large black hair section resting at the very top of the grid. Your tray is now mostly empty except for a few final black blocks. Pull these remaining black blocks up into your waiting slots to finish the job. The ants will stream up the clear side paths and straight through the empty center to reach the top of the grid. They will rapidly eat away the dark hair pixels from below. Watch the numbers on your final black blocks count down to zero. Once the last black pixel disappears the board becomes completely clear. The ants return to their hole and you win the level having perfectly managed the space

   Open the bottom paths by
   Open the bottom paths by clearing the white shoes. You must always start at the very bottom of the board so the ants have immediate access to their target colors. The character has white shoes resting just above the nest hole. Pull a white block from the tray to send your first wave of white ants to the shoes. Next, pull a blue block and a dark purple block into your waiting slots. These blocks will send ants to begin eating the blue and dark purple sections of the pants. The initial white block will quickly drop its count and leave the waiting area as the shoes completely disappear. This creates an open empty space at the bottom of the board and gives your future ants a clear path to walk up the legs toward the chest area. By clearing the shoes right away, you ensure your slots stay moving and never dead end

   

6. 6
   Send the first wave of
   Send the first wave of red ants to the central box. With the shoes gone and the pants clearing out, you now have a direct open path up the middle of the character. This is the perfect time to begin your attack on the large central box. Pull your first red block from the tray. The red ants will march straight up the open space between the legs and begin lowering the massive 120 count on the box. Fill your remaining open slot with another dark purple block to keep clearing the outer outline of the legs. You must watch your five waiting slots very closely during this early phase. Because the central box takes so long to clear, that red block will sit in your slots for a considerable amount of time. You must keep pulling colors that have open paths, like blue and dark purple, so the other four slots constantly empty out and refresh

   

7. 7
   Clear the blue and magenta
   Clear the blue and magenta shirt to unlock the background. As your initial blue and dark purple blocks empty out of the slots, you need to move your attention up to the torso. Bring up a magenta block and another blue block from the tray to tackle the shirt. Pull another red block to maintain steady pressure on the central box. The blue and magenta ants will strip away the colored tiles surrounding the central box. As these outer edges of the shirt disappear, you will notice the white Hidden Food tiles in the background starting to unlock. You must resist the temptation to pull white blocks for the background at this stage. If you pull a white block now, it will likely jam your slots because the background is only partially open. Focus entirely on reducing the central box and clearing the main figure. Keep cycling blue, dark purple, and magenta blocks through your slots to keep the board highly active
