- 1Break the outer blue water
Break the outer blue water boundary to open the board. You start the level with a solid wall of dark blue tiles blocking access to the inner picture. Look at your tray and pull the front blue 42 block and the blue 40 block into your waiting slots. When they hit the waiting slots a massive swarm of blue ants pours out of the nest hole located at the bottom of the screen. They will spread along the entire outer edge of the picture and begin eating the dark blue water tiles. This process takes a little time because the ants have to travel a long path around the outer frame of the pond. You will also see a white 24 block in your front row. Pull that white 24 block into a waiting slot to handle the outer white border tiles. Leave your remaining waiting slots empty for a moment. You want the blue ants to finish their meal and expose the green lily pads underneath before you pull any new colors. The blue numbers on the blocks will tick down rapidly until the blocks disappear completely from your queue
- 2Clear the bottom green lily
Clear the bottom green lily pad and the white tiles. As the blue ants finish eating the outer water they expose the bottom left green lily pad. Pull the green 43 block that appears in your tray. This sends green ants directly to the bottom corner to consume the large lily pad. Your tray will reveal connected boxes at this stage. You will see a red 20 block linked to another red 18 block behind it. Do not pull these connected boxes until the red parts of the bottom koi fish are completely exposed and ready to be eaten. Keep feeding single blocks into the slots to maintain a steady flow of ants and keep your queue from filling up. You will eventually pull a green 30 block to finish off the lower vegetation. Managing your five waiting slots is your primary job here so never pull a color unless the ants have a clear path to run straight to their matching tiles
- 3Attack the dark red scales
Attack the dark red scales on the lower koi fish. The removal of the bottom lily pad creates a wide open path to the first koi fish. The fish features a dark red spine and lighter orange sides. Pull the red blocks from your tray into the waiting slots. You have a red 20 block and a red 18 block available. The red ants will march straight into the middle of the board and begin eating the dark red tiles on the lower fish. You will notice the connected boxes moving up in your queue now. One of the red blocks is linked directly to an orange block. Pulling the red 15 block automatically drags an orange 6 block into the next slot. This works perfectly because the orange tiles on the fish are right next to the red ones. Your red ants and orange ants will work side by side to devour the bottom koi fish without jamming your board
- 4Send orange ants to eat
Send orange ants to eat the lower fish body. With the connected orange block now sitting in your waiting slots the orange ants spring into action. They will target the lighter orange body of the bottom koi fish. You will also pull an orange 16 block to help them finish the job. This step requires patience because the ants must chew through a lot of tiles to clear the entire fish. Keep a close eye on your five waiting slots during this process. You will have a light blue 21 block sitting in a slot waiting for its turn. Let the orange ants finish the entire lower fish before you introduce any more light blue or green blocks. If you pull too many blocks right now they might get stuck because the paths to the inner water are still partially blocked by the solid fish tiles. Keeping an open slot guarantees you will not lose the level
- 5Clear the light blue water
Clear the light blue water ripples in the center. The bottom fish is completely gone and a large chunk of the center board is now empty. This opens the path to the swirling light blue water tiles that sit between the two fish. The light blue 21 block you pulled earlier will finally activate. The light blue ants will stream into the center and eat the water ripples. This is a vital move because it clears the final barrier protecting the top koi fish. The hidden box in your tray might reveal its color around this time. Treat the hidden box just like any other block and only pull it when its matching color is exposed on the board. You will also pull a blue 36 block to help clean up the remaining dark blue water in the lower right corner. The board is now mostly empty on the bottom half and you have full access to the top section
- 6Consume the second koi fish
Consume the second koi fish with red and orange ants. The path to the top koi fish is now wide open. Your tray holds another set of red and orange blocks perfectly suited for this target. Pull the red 8 block to send ants after the dark red spine of the upper fish. Follow that move immediately with an orange 30 block to clear the lighter orange scales. The ants will swarm the top half of the board and rapidly eat away the second fish. Your waiting slots might get a little crowded here if you pull a blue block by mistake. Keep your focus entirely on the red and orange colors for now. Let the ants finish the entire fish before you worry about the remaining water or the last lily pad in the top left corner. You will see the fish tiles disappear rapidly as the red and orange numbers count down to zero in your tray
- 7Remove the final green lily
Remove the final green lily pad and remaining water tiles. Only the top left green lily pad and a few scattered blue water tiles remain on the board. Pull the last green blocks from your tray to clear the vegetation. You have a green 20 block and a green 40 block available. The green ants will rush up to the top corner and eat the lily pad. Once the green blocks clear out of your waiting slots you can pull the final blue blocks. A light blue 34 block and a blue 2 block will provide enough ants to sweep up the remaining water tiles. You might also need a green 27 block to finish the very last pieces of the lily pad. Watch the last few ants carry the pieces back to the nest hole. Your waiting slots will empty out completely and the board will automatically clear to give you the win
