   Clear the face to carve
   Clear the face to carve a massive path into the middle With the dark jacket gone the peach colored face is completely exposed to the open space. Tap the peach block from your tray to activate it. A large group of ants streams out of the hole and attacks the wide block of skin tone tiles. They quickly eat through the chin and cheeks creating a large empty cavern. You also see some magenta tiles outlining the lower parts of the pink hair. Bring up a magenta block to let a smaller group of ants clear those lower hair boundaries. The peach ants continue chewing upward through the skin tiles to reach the large eyes. The eyes contain black and dark blue tiles. You pull the corresponding black and dark blue blocks into the waiting slots now. The ants move directly into the eye sections and empty them out. The entire center of the board is now hollowed out giving you total access to the upper head

   

2. 2
   Begin eating the bright pink
   Begin eating the bright pink hair around the face The empty face area gives your ants direct access to the massive pink hair section. Pull the light pink block from your tray into your active slots. The ants rush up the center and into the huge cluster of light pink tiles. The numbers on the pink block drop fast because there are so many matching tiles available right away. You also need to clear the darker purple and magenta shading located within the hair folds. Tap the purple block and the magenta block next. The ants form separate lines and branch out to the left and right sides of the head. By clearing the hair from the inside out you ensure the ants never cross paths or block each other. Your waiting slots stay fluid and open as the ants consume the massive hair structure layer by layer. The game rewards you for maintaining this steady upward momentum

   

3. 3
   Release the light blue background
   Release the light blue background ants on the lower sides While the ants work on the central hair you notice the bright light blue background tiles on the left and right edges. These background tiles now have an open path from the bottom corners of the screen. Pull a large light blue block into your waiting slots to take advantage of this new opening. A massive swarm of light blue ants exits the nest and splits into two huge columns. They march up the far left and right sides of the board hugging the outer edges. The ants rapidly eat the blue background framing the lower half of the character portrait. This action keeps your board very busy and drains a massive amount of numbers from the light blue block. You are effectively clearing the outer border while the inner hair work continues safely in the middle. The dual approach prevents any single color from dominating your tray

   

4. 4
   Move further up the hair
   Move further up the hair and clear the side outlines The lower background is completely gone and the face is fully cleared. You must now focus your attention on the upper portions of the pink hair. Tap another light pink block and send more ants up the central gap. They fan out across the wide top section of the head eating the bright pink pieces. You also manage the black outlines and the dark purple shading on the sides of the head. Pull a black block and a purple block into your queue. The ants climb up the sides of the head where the background used to be. They eat the dark borders and the purple shadows from the outside moving in. The hidden box in your tray reveals itself once the surrounding colors are processed. Keep pulling magenta and dark blue blocks to handle the small details mixed into the upper hair. Your waiting slots cycle smoothly because the ants have multiple angles of attack

   

5. 5
   Clear the top hair ornaments
   Clear the top hair ornaments and the final head border Only the very top of the head and the upper background remain on the board. The character has small black and dark gray details near the top of her hair representing ornaments. Pull a black block to send ants to these tiny clusters. The ants navigate all the way up the empty center and consume the final dark pieces. Bring up another light pink block to finish off the very top edge of the hair. The pink ants sweep across the highest curve of the head completing the portrait portion of the puzzle. The entire character portrait is now completely gone. Only a thick rim of light blue background tiles surrounds the massive empty space. You successfully prevent any dead ends by working systematically from the bottom straight up to the top. The board is now prepped for the final cleanup phase

   

6. 6
   Flood the top edge with
   Flood the top edge with light blue ants to finish The only color left on the board is the light blue background scattered along the very top edge. You have several light blue blocks waiting in your tray at this point. Tap all the remaining light blue blocks one after another. A massive final wave of ants pours out of the hole at the bottom. They march straight up through the massive empty space where the character portrait used to be. The ants hit the top boundary and spread out across the entire upper edge of the screen. They rapidly eat every single remaining blue tile. The numbers on your light blue blocks drop straight to zero. The board is now completely empty. The ants disappear and you win the level. You proved your mastery of path management and board control

   

7. 7
   Pull the starting dark purple
   Pull the starting dark purple and light cyan blocks to open the outer edges. The game begins with the massive wave picture blocking almost the entire top half of the screen. You need to carve out some walking space for your ants immediately. Look in your tray and tap the dark purple block showing a count of 35. Next you need to tap the light cyan block holding a count of 20. The ants will pour out of the nest hole and split into two groups. One swarm will march straight up the right side of the screen to eat the dark purple sky tiles. The other swarm will head out to the left to chew on the light cyan water tiles. This dual attack strategy is the best way to open paths on both sides of the board. You will watch the numbers on these blocks drop quickly as the ants carry the pieces away
8. 8
   Clear space for the first
   Clear space for the first set of connected boxes to enter the waiting slots. Your tray now reveals a pair of connected boxes that you must handle with extreme care. You will see a light cyan block with a count of 20 linked directly to a medium blue block with a count of 32. Because they are permanently attached they need two completely empty waiting slots to move up from the tray. Wait a moment for your first active blocks to drain their numbers. Once you are certain you have two vacant spots tap the connected boxes. A fresh wave of ants will rush out to attack the medium blue sections of the rolling water. The light cyan count will also continue dropping as ants eat the lighter parts of the wave. Keeping multiple colors active prevents the ants from getting stuck in a traffic jam
