1. 1
   Bring in brown and black
   Bring in brown and black blocks to tackle the shoes and lower outline Now that the bottom corners of the green background are open you can easily reach the brown shoes and the black outline of the character legs. Look at your tray and pull an eight count brown block into your wait slot. Follow that up by pulling a thirty five count black block. The brown ants will immediately head straight up the middle path to devour the shoes. The black ants will follow right behind them but split off to the sides. They will start crawling up the outer edges of the legs to eat the thick black border tiles. Your wait slots will drain very quickly because these bottom tiles are directly exposed to the open paths you just created. Keeping a steady flow of ants on these lower border tiles prevents any block from sitting stagnant in your slots

   

2. 2
   Attack the lower portion of
   Attack the lower portion of the bright checkered shirt The pink and light blue tiles of the lower shirt and belt are now completely exposed to the ants. Search your tray and pull a thirty count pink block into the active slots. Follow that by pulling a three count light blue block. The pink ants will rush in to eat the pink squares on the shirt sleeves and the lower torso section. The light blue ants will target and clear the very small bright blue details located right on the belt area. You need to keep a close eye on the brown Hungry Door right now. As your ants clear the shirt tiles touching the outer edges of the door the number on the front will drop. You will watch it go from twenty down to eighteen as the pink ants clear those adjacent squares. This confirms you are clearing the right pieces. The door will continue to count down as you feed the ants the remaining clothing and skin tiles

   

3. 3
   Pull more light green blocks
   Pull more light green blocks to reach the upper background sections With the lower sides of the character entirely cleared out the ants can now march much higher up the board. Look at your tray and pull another large thirty five count light green block into the wait slots. These light green ants will march past the legs and all the way up both sides of the board. They will begin to eat the light green tiles surrounding the head and the raised arms of the character. This is a crucial move for your board progression. If you try to pull the skin or hair colors before this outer green layer is gone your blocks will get stuck. You always have to clear the board from the outside in to ensure the ants have a clear path to travel. Keeping the green receding ensures your wait slots never back up

   

4. 4
   Send in black and blue
   Send in black and blue ants for the arms and upper shirt The sides and upper arms of the character are completely exposed now that the green is receding. You need to pull a sixteen count dark blue block from the tray and let it join the black block already working in your wait slots. The black ants will continue their steady progress eating the thick black border around the raised arms and the sides of the head. The dark blue ants will march into the center and start clearing the dark blue squares on the upper half of the checkered shirt. The Hungry Door number will drop down to fourteen as these upper shirt tiles disappear from the board. You are making very steady progress here and keeping your wait slots perfectly balanced with active blocks

   

5. 5
   Clear the beige hands and
   Clear the beige hands and the main face area The walking paths to the skin tiles are wide open now. Search the lower layers of your tray and pull a nine count beige block up into your wait slots. The beige ants will march out of the nest and immediately split into three groups. Some will head to the left to eat the raised hand. Another group will go right for the other hand. The rest of the beige ants will swarm the main face area in the upper center of the board. This is a highly satisfying stage of the puzzle because clearing the face fully exposes the remaining brown hair. It also brings the Hungry Door number down even further. Watch your wait slots carefully during this rush. You will have several blocks sitting there but the open paths guarantee they will keep draining rapidly into the open board

   

6. 6
   Finish the brown hair and
   Finish the brown hair and the remaining outer background You only have a few scattered light green tiles left at the very top of the board and a solid chunk of brown hair on the top of the character head. Pull a four count brown block and another light green block from your tray. The brown ants will rush up the middle and completely devour the remaining hair tiles. The light green ants will march all the way to the top edge to finish off the very last pieces of the background. Pay attention to the center of the chest. The Hungry Door number drops down to twelve and then rapidly counts down to zero as the final hair and skin tiles vanish from the board. The door is now ready to open

   

7. 7
   Feed the final dark blue
   Feed the final dark blue tiles revealed inside the open Hungry Door The brown Hungry Door finally pops open and reveals a hidden block of dark blue tiles underneath it. You should have one final twenty count dark blue block waiting at the very bottom of your tray. Pull this dark blue block up into your last available wait slot. The dark blue ants will rush straight out of the hole and into the center of the board to eat these final twenty tiles. There is no other food left on the board so they will finish the job quickly. Once they clear the last square the ants will run back down the path and disappear into the nest hole. The board is perfectly clear and you win the level
