Start chipping away at the massive white Hungry Door You must begin the level by addressing the biggest obstacle on the entire board. The middle Hungry Door needs an incredible six hundred white ants. Look at your tray and locate the white blocks sitting on the top layer. Pull two of the fifty white blocks into your waiting slots immediately. The white ants will stream out of the nest hole and split their attention across the board. Some ants will begin chewing on the outer edges of the white background tiles to clear space. The vast majority of the colony will march straight into the massive middle door. You will watch the number six hundred drop down steadily as they feed on the barrier. Do not fill all five slots with white blocks right away. You need to leave at least three slots open so you have plenty of room to bring in other colors when the white ants hit a natural bottleneck. Keeping your slots open is the only way to survive the early game
- 2Attack the dark purple outer
Attack the dark purple outer border While the white ants are busy working on the center door and the background tiles, you need to open up the extreme sides of the board. The dark purple border wraps completely around the fox face and locks the inner colors away. Pull a dark purple block into an empty slot. You will see a thirty six or a twenty available in the upper layers of the tray. The dark purple ants will rush up the far left and right sides of the canvas to eat the thick border tiles. This action is critical for your overall success. By stripping away the border, you expose the outer edges of the fox ears and cheeks. This gives your future colors a direct and fast angle of attack. Run the dark purple blocks alongside your white blocks to maintain a healthy and continuous flow of ants leaving the nest hole
- 3Begin feeding the dark brown
Begin feeding the dark brown Hungry Door on the left With the sides opening up nicely, shift some of your focus to the lower left side of the board. You have a dark brown Hungry Door sitting there requiring ninety ants to break. Find a dark brown block in the tray and pull it down into your slots. The brown ants will head directly for that door and start eating it down. You are now managing three simultaneous paths across the canvas. White ants are pouring into the center door. Dark purple ants are running up the side walls. Brown ants are attacking the left door. This is exactly how you want the board to operate at all times. A busy board means your slots are emptying quickly and safely. As long as these three distinct paths remain clear, you can confidently pull new blocks from the tray without any fear of causing a fatal jam
- 4Introduce light tan color for
Introduce light tan color for the fox ears and muzzle The tray will reveal exciting new colors as you clear the top layers away. When you see a light tan block appear, bring it into a waiting slot. These specific ants have a very clear job to do. They need to eat the soft inner fur of the fox ears and the lower muzzle area. Because you already cleared large sections of the dark purple border, these ants can easily slip into the top corners of the board to reach the ears quickly. Keep a very close eye on your white blocks during this middle phase. The middle door should be dropping down near the three hundred mark by now. Whenever a white block finishes counting down and leaves an empty slot, replace it immediately with another white block from the tray. You must keep the pressure on that middle door at all times
- 5Bring in orange blocks for
Bring in orange blocks for the main fox fur The main bulk of the fox face consists of bright orange tiles. Once the ears and the background are partially clear, it is time to release the orange ants into the wild. Pull an orange block into your lineup. The ants will flood the center of the canvas and start devouring the forehead and the wide cheeks. You must monitor the travel paths closely here. If you pull an orange block too early, the ants will get blocked by any remaining white background tiles. Wait until the white ants have carved a clear channel before you commit an orange block to a slot. Patience saves you from a frustrating slot jam. Let the orange ants work their way inward from the edges to keep the overall flow smooth and continuous
- 6Break through the massive white
Break through the massive white Hungry Door Your relentless pressure on the middle door is about to pay off in a very big way. After feeding it wave after wave of white ants, the giant number will finally hit zero. The massive block will vanish from the board entirely in a puff of smoke. This event completely opens up the lower half of the canvas. Beneath the former door, you will uncover a hidden patch of green and dark purple tiles forming the neck of the fox. This is a huge milestone for the level. Your white ants have done their main job flawlessly. You can now shift your primary focus to the remaining colors in the tray. Grab a green block and send ants to those newly revealed green tiles immediately. The center of the board is now a massive open lane for your ants to travel
- 7Clear the left dark brown
Clear the left dark brown Hungry Door Keep feeding the left side of the board to finish what you started earlier. The dark brown door started at ninety, and your steady supply of brown blocks has weakened it down to a tiny number. Pull one final dark brown block into your slots. Watch as the last few ants hit the door. The door will explode and vanish, leaving the left side of the board completely clear and open. Now look over to the right side. The green Hungry Door requires only fifteen ants to open. Since you just started pulling green blocks to clear the neck area, those exact same green ants will naturally path over to the right door on their own. Let them finish the job for you. Within a few short moments, all three huge doors will be completely gone
